The Whitehorse Food Bank needs help from the community. The Whitehorse Food Bank is out of food and out of money. Since June 1, 2014 the Whitehorse Food Bank has not been able to provide full hampers to our clients. There are a number of ways you can help.

1) Sign up with us to make a monthly donation through credit card or direct deposit.
2) Commit some time to help us sign up monthly donations from other people in the community.
3) Go shopping for us and bring us the food and the till receipt with your name on it. At the end of the year we total them and provide you a tax receipt for all the donated food.
4) Organize a group (6-8) to coordinate with us a food drive on a Saturday at a local grocery store. We would hand out information of our most needed items as people enter the store and if they buy us something we would place it directly in the Food Bank van parked in front of the store.
5) Hold a mini food drive at your office.
